Just days before its release and in the midst of a massive Pokemon Legends Z-A leak, the rumor mill is spinning again after a well-known leaker claims to have revealed the next mainline titles and content.

A new Pokemon leak has sent the fandom into overdrive after alleged Gen 10 development files were reportedly uploaded online earlier today.

The data, which appeared on multiple fan forums and file-tracking platforms, includes internal documents referencing the titles, along with hints about region design, theme, and mechanics.

Pokemon Winds and Waves are the alleged chosen titles

According to the leak, the internal files trace back to director Shigeru Ohmori’s 2021 concept drafts, situating the game’s setting in Indonesia and Southeast Asia rather than earlier rumors of a region based on Greece.

The documents also reportedly attach the theme “Infinity” to these titles, and reference a new battle mechanic called Tenko-Waza (roughly “Weather Technique”).

As expected and following other Pokemon generations, Winds and Waves would operate as counterpart versions, each led by a Legendary creature – in this case, apparently tied to the weather – said to interact only with trainers who have properly raised a mysterious “Seed Pokemon.”

Several community moderators have already begun removing the links, warning that the files may contain sensitive or stolen data. Still, discussion around the leak continues to dominate platforms, where fans are dissecting filenames and metadata for clues.

However, until an official reveal arrives, all of this remains speculative. If these files are legitimate, though, today’s leak may represent the first concrete peek at what comes after Pokemon Legends: Z-A and what could probably be the first mainline Pokemon title that is Switch 2 exclusive.
