Nintendo isn’t leaving amiibo behind with the Switch 2. In fact, 2025 has already brought new figures from Metroid Prime 4, Super Mario Galaxy, Donkey Kong Bananza, and more.

Even better, Amazon currently has Yunobo, Sidon, Riju, and Tulin in stock, all at a discount. What was once a smaller $10 price cut that excluded Yunobo has now turned into a stronger deal across the board, just in time for the early October Prime Day deals.

Amazon Amiibo Sale: Save $14 for a Limited Time

Each of these amiibo figures originally retailed for $29.99, but Amazon has dropped all four to $15.99, a 47% discount worth $14 off each. That means Yunobo, Riju, Tulin, and Sidon are all available at nearly half price.

In-game, each one works with The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, unlocking exclusive paraglider fabric designs, bonus materials, and a weapon or rare item via NFC.

Because they’re part of The Legend of Zelda series, these amiibo unlock bonuses in other games too. In The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, they grant access to exclusive Chamber Dungeons, while Mario Kart 8 Deluxe lets you dress up your Mii in a new racing suit.

And if you’re playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on Switch 2 with the upgrade pack, you’ll notice the difference right away. The update sharpens the resolution and evens out the frame rate, fixing the one real drawback of the Switch 1 release: its performance.

Tom Marks said in his review update that ”This [Switch 2 upgrade] really does feel like the way this game was always meant to be played, and I’m thrilled by the idea of a new generation discovering it for the first time.” Hard to argue there, really.
