Arknights: Endfield players have been hit by a payment issue after a PayPal-related problem led to incorrect charges and missing item deliveries.
The issue stemmed from a problem with Arknights: Endfield’s PayPal payment system. As highlighted by posts on the game’s Reddit page, some users who had linked their PayPal accounts were incorrectly charged for purchases they did not make.
On January 22, the developers behind Arknights: Endfield confirmed the issue in an official notice to players, explaining that it only affected PayPal transactions made through the game’s official launcher and its official top-up site.

To prevent further issues, Hypergryph has disabled the PayPal payment option while the team reviews all affected PayPal transactions and issues full refunds to impacted players.
In its statement, the studio said: “Earlier today, we identified an issue with our payment system that affected a small number of purchases made via PayPal by players using the official launcher, as well as PayPal top-ups made through [the official site],” reads the statement.
“In these cases, there was an inconsistency between the order and item delivery. The issue only impacted a limited set of orders.”
For now, players who have not received their refund have been advised to contact customer support at endfield_cs@gryphline.com with their server region and UID. Hypergryph has confirmed that PayPal will remain disabled until the issue has been fully resolved and thoroughly tested.
