Popular streamers Asmongold and Adin Ross are going all-in to organize their own awards show in direct competition with Twitch star QTCinderella’s Streamer Awards.

While streamers have been honored in special categories for the Esports Awards and The Game Awards, QTCinderella used her own resources to create an awards show specifically centered around online broadcasters.

The event first kicked off in March 2022, and has been an annual staple within the community since then. However, not everyone has been happy with QT’s show, with some high-profile influencers accusing her of favoritism or criticizing nominees and categories.

Earlier this year, Adin Ross announced that he would be holding his own award show for streamers, saying he would do it “the right way” to “compete” with QT.

Months later, he is doubling down on the idea and has even conscripted fellow broadcaster Asmongold to help.

Asmongold spoke about the show during a broadcast in October 2025, reacting to Ross saying he would most likely host it in Los Angeles.

“I’d be down for it,” Asmongold said. “We gotta figure out categories, hosting, presenting, getting people there, incentivizing people to go there. Let’s see — finding a judge panel, getting a production team, a crew.

“I think we have to do it, realistically, end of December, but that would be really, really early, especially for renting a venue, getting people organized. Security, big security.”

Asmongold had previously offered to help out with Ross’s idea, who seemed enthusiastic about partnering with him to tackle the show.

“Hell yeah, bro,” Ross said. “Yeah, f**k yeah. Nah, we won’t do it at the warehouse — we’ll probably do it in Vegas or LA,” he added in response to a chatter.

Kick has also gotten in on the conversation; earlier this month, Kick responded to Asmongold joking about hosting an event called ‘The Shame Awards,’ and humorously offered to help him host it on their platform in 2026.

Thus far, nothing concrete has been laid out for Asmon and Adin’s competing Streamer Awards show, leaving fans curious to see how it will fare in comparison.
