With the fifth and final season of Stranger Things coming in November, Babybel has teamed up with Netflix for a fiery crossover.

The cheese brand has unveiled Babybel Hellfire Cheese Alternative, a limited-edition, plant-based snack inspired by the show’s Hellfire Club. It marks Babybel’s first-ever spicy variety, blending the brand’s signature smooth texture with a hot, bold flavor.

The collaboration arrives ahead of Stranger Things 5, which will roll out in three volumes starting November 26 on Netflix.

Babybel says the release taps into the growing demand for spicy snacks, citing consumer data that shows more than 70% of people crave heat-driven flavors. The Hellfire Cheese Alternative joins Babybel’s expanding lineup of cheese and cheese alternatives.

Where to find Babybel Hellfire Cheese Alternative

The Stranger Things-inspired Hellfire flavor will hit shelves from October 2025 through January 2026. It launches exclusively at Kroger before expanding to Albertsons and Brookshire in December, retailing for around $5.99 for a six-count pack.

Alongside the spicy new flavor, Babybel Original Cheese is also releasing limited-edition Stranger Things packaging across major retailers including Walmart, Target, and Kroger.

Senior Brand Director Jessica Dillon said the crossover “brings together two cultural favorites – Stranger Things and spicy snacking – in a flavor-filled way that feels fun and unexpected.”

Babybel isn’t the first company to launch a Stranger Things collab ahead of the long-awaited final season.
