A Nintendo fan has created a custom 3D-printed accessory that lets players mount a box of McDonald’s fries to their Switch 2 Joy-Cons.

Dubbed the ‘GamiFries,’ the add-on was designed by 3D artist user7R135 and takes advantage of the Switch 2’s new magnetic Joy-Con attachment method.

When attached, it holds a medium McDonald’s fry container between your Joy-Con 2s, or between one of your controllers and the screen if used in handheld mode.

The design is free, and anyone can download the files to 3D print the potato-holding accessory.

Keep your fries in the carton

GamiFries isn’t an official Nintendo product, but it’s built to match the size and magnetic system of the updated Joy-Con 2. It’s unclear whether you have to glue in the magnets once the print is finished, or if you put them in while it’s printing, however.

The designer uploaded a video on YouTube showcasing how it looks when used in both handheld and controller mode.

This accessory is designed to hold your fries, carton and all, so don’t just dump your McDonald’s fries into the accessory. Without the container inside, there’s a giant hole in the front that’s made to show off the McDonald’s logo when in use.
