The Nuketown Block Party event kicks off Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 5 Reloaded, celebrating one of Call of Duty’s most iconic maps with free and premium rewards.

Although we’re only a couple of months away from Black Ops 7 launching, there’s still plenty of life left in Black Ops 6. Season 5 Reloaded is set to be the final major update, bringing new weapons and a deadly attachment for the PPSh-41.

It also comes with a new event packed full of rewards to unlock, and it happens to be inspired by the Black Ops series’ most recognizable map. So, here’s everything you need to know about the Nuketown Block Party event in BO6 and Warzone.

The event arrives on Thursday, September 4, 2025, the same day that the Season 5 Reloaded update rolls out.

It hasn’t been confirmed how long it will run for, but based on past events like this one, we’d expect it to be two weeks, meaning it will likely end on September 18.

Event explained

It hasn’t been confirmed exactly how Nuketown Block Party will work, but all Call of Duty events fall into one of three categories: XP gathering, collection, or challenges.

One of the most common is XP gathering events, which hand out rewards just for playing matches, getting kills, and earning experience. Others task you with collecting tokens by killing enemies or opening supply crates in Warzone.

The third and final type brings a series of objectives to be completed, with each one being tied to a different reward.

Of course, it’s possible that the devs will surprise us with a completely new format, but we fully expect it to fall into one of these three types.

All rewards

Nuketown Block Party brings two tracks of rewards, the first of which is free to everyone just by playing the game. The second Premium track is only available if you pay 1,100 COD Points to unlock it, containing more skins than the free version.

Here’s a look at all of the rewards up for grabs:

Free

  • Burnt Up (Weapon Blueprint)
  • Armed and Dangerous (Weapon Blueprint)
  • Nuketown Mayor (Operator Skin)
  • Combat Bow (Scorestreak)
  • PPSh-41 Helical Magazine (Weapon Attachment)
  • Interrupted Signal (Charm)
  • Fresh Baked (Calling Card)

Three other rewards were also revealed in the Season 5 Reloaded blog. These don’t currently have a name, but appear to be Loading Screens, Emblems, or Weapon Stickers.

  • Nuketown Special (Mastercraft Weapon Blueprint)
  • Merc Test (Operator Skin)
  • Lady-Quinn (Operator Skin)
  • Step On It! (Loading Screen)
