Black Ops 7 players are already worried about an overpowered Scorestreak that lets them snipe enemies through walls.
Call of Duty Next was fans’ first opportunity to see Black Ops 7 in action ahead of launch. Hundreds of streamers got the chance to play it early and show off the upgraded movement, new maps, and powerful weapons.
But coming out of the event, it’s the Gravemaker Scorestreak that’s become one of the biggest talking points, with many already worried that it could ruin multiplayer matches in the right hands.
BO7 fans already worried about OP Gravemaker streak
The Gravemaker is a one-shot Sniper Rifle that can hit enemies behind cover and through surfaces. If that doesn’t sound powerful enough, the futuristic sight also highlights players clearly through walls, allowing the user to easily pick them off from a completely different part of the map.
Mercifully, it has a limited energy meter, which means you can only use it for a set amount of time before it expires, but plenty of clips have already emerged of it wreaking havoc.
A video from FaZe Simp has been doing the rounds on social media, showing just how effective it can be. He was able to pick off nearly an entire team before they saw him, and even managed a kill on CoD legend Scump.
TimTheTatman also posted his reaction to the clip, and the streamer was clearly baffled by how strong the Gravemaker is, shouting: What the f**k is that?”
As you might expect, many players are already concerned about the Gravemaker becoming the go-to Scoretreak in Black Ops 7 multiplayer.
“This is going to ruin S&D,” said one player.
“They can’t get rid of the hacker problem, so they instead embrace cheaters and made a gun and a perk that essentially turns you into a cheater with wall hacks,” added another.
