Burger King Japan has revealed its biggest burger yet, the Baby Body Burger, in partnership with the Japan Sumo Association.

Dubbed a “Clash of the Beef,” this towering burger contains five flame-grilled beef patties, four slices of cheddar, four strips of bacon, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and a tangy sauce.

Weighing in at 668 grams and packing a massive 1,876 calories, it’s being positioned as a “Yokozuna-class” item, a nod to the highest rank in sumo wrestling.

As part of the collab, customers also receive a limited-edition sticker featuring the Japan Sumo Association’s logo, so you’ll really be able to show how much of a fast food fiend you are. (Is this a badge of honor, or a badge of shame? I’ll let you be the judge there.)

Burger King reveals 1,900-calorie burger

For comparison, the highest-calorie item currently on the US Burger King menu is the Triple Whopper with Bacon & Cheese, which clocks in at 1,350 calories. That makes the Baby Body Burger over 500 calories more, and nearly triple the calories of a standard Whopper.

According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, most adults need between 1,600 and 3,000 calories a day to maintain their health, depending on factors like age, sex, and activity level. So, Burger King Japan’s Baby Body Burger at 1,876 calories delivers nearly a full day’s worth of calories in one sitting.

So, if you do happen to be in Japan when the Baby Body Burger stomps into stores on July 11, 2025, then you’ll want to follow it with some vigorous exercise if you want to have any hopes of burning it off.

The Baby Body Burger’s launch coincides with the Grand Sumo Tournament in Nagoya and will be available at select Burger King locations across Japan for ¥2,590 (roughly $18), or ¥2,890 ($20) as a set with fries and a drink, just in case you’re worried about being hungry afterwards.
