A couple has gone viral after revealing that Sony responded to their wedding invite by sending them a bundle of free PlayStation games and a congratulatory card.
The moment was shared in an Instagram reel that has now been watched more than 900,000 times, in which the newlyweds opened a letter from Sony, showing exactly what was inside.
PlayStation sends wedding surprise
As seen in the video, uploaded on February 12, the package included digital codes for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Horizon Call of the Mountain, along with what appeared to be in-game items for Fortnite.
At least two other code cards were included in the well-wishes. Although the video cuts off before they’re shown, one appears to be a 2K-published sports title.
The couple also received a congratulatory card. A handwritten message read, “Aidan & Kirsten, Congratulations on your marriage!” followed by a printed note that said, “Congratulations and Thank you for playing with us.”
In the caption accompanying the reel, Kirsten wrote: “Thank you, PlayStation! That was so thoughtful of you guys. We’ve loved PlayStation since we were kids.”
