Dispatch season one may be over, but it doesn’t mean there aren’t a variety of new ways to enjoy seeing your favorite character on screen, or even play them, thanks to a new Marvel Rivals mod.
It’s safe to say Dispatch took off when it released, offering tense episodes filled with action, tough choices, and of course, beloved heroes (and dogs). However, after the last episode aired back on November 12, fans have been begging for a season 2, or just a glimpse at their favorite characters.
Well, thanks to a Marvel Rivals mod, you can do so much more than glimpse; you can actually play as them, including some pretty hilarious voice lines.
Dispatch mods arrive on Marvel Rivals
As shared on X and in Nexus mods, a variety of new mods have arrived for Marvel Rivals, turning the fighting game’s heroes into characters from Dispatch, and they look and sound amazing.
The fiery Human Torch turns into Flambe, with ‘On Fuego’ as his ULT line. Then, Luna Snow becomes Prism, with her song playing as an ULT Line. We also get everyone’s favorite Malevola under the guise of Magik, Psylocke now showing as Invisigal, Hela as Coupe, and Peni Parker as Robert Robertson himself, sparking some pretty hilarious dancing movements.
Of course, all are as closely matched up to their fighting styles as possible, and given the popularity of both games, it’s extremely likely we’ll see more characters popping up as time goes on.
The mods themselves come from Nexus Mods and can be found for each character, though not all have been added yet, and we’re just waiting for The Thing or Royd to turn into Golem, Thor to become Phenomaman, Namor to be Waterboy, and Blonde Blazer to show up as Storm or Emma Frost.
