It’s the most wonderful time of the year in Overwatch 2, with the Winter Wonderland event in full swing. That means there are plenty of free rewards to earn throughout the Christmas period.
Overwatch 2 Season 20 is here, and not only did it bring the new Vendetta DPS hero, but it also brought the festive season to Blizzard’s shooter. There are Winter Wonderland rewards to earn alongside a login bonus and Twitch Drop rewards.
Here are all of the free Overwatch 2 Christmas rewards you won’t want to miss.
Login rewards
If you log in to Overwatch 2 between now and January 8, you’ll receive the Winter Wonderland 2025 and 2026 New Year Icons.
Twitch Drops
Watching Overwatch 2 Twitch streams until January 8 will grant you an S20 Lootbox and an S20 Epic Lootbox.
How to link accounts
- Log in to your account via the Battle.net site.
- Select Connections on the left tab.
- Scroll down until you find Twitch, and click the “+Connect” option.
- Sign in to your Steam account.
How to claim rewards
- Head to Twitch and watch any Overwatch 2 stream with the ‘DropsEnabled’ tag.
- Once you’ve watched for at least three hours, head to the Drops & Rewards page.
- Click ‘Claim’ over your reward.
- Launch (or restart) Overwatch 2 to find your reward.
Winter Wonderland event rewards
The Winter Wonderland event is also live in-game, and you can earn free rewards by earning Cookies, which you’ll get for completing challenges and playing any of the festive LTMs.
