Borderlands 4 is releasing in September, but that hasn’t stopped the CEO of Gearbox, the names behind the adventure, from revealing the entire map and its collectables months in advance.

Randy Pitchford is well known for being pretty vocal around Borderlands 4 on social media, showcasing a variety of information on the gameplay, price, style, and so much more. All this only adds to the hype of the upcoming release.

In a recent deep dive into Borderlands 4, Pitchford has revealed the entire map, complete with an entire locations guide for the game’s collectables: Marcus Bobbleheads.

In his post on X, Randy Pitchford shared more details on the game’s world, explaining that they’ve “designed a massive world” and now need to fill it. Confirming the addition of “Double-jumping, grappling, dashing, and gliding,” he eventually explored the addition of Marcus Bobbleheads.

These will act as an icon to represent players finding those remote or uninhabited locations that even the developers themselves didn’t originally think of kitting out.

On top of this, the Marcus Bobbleheads will each have stories, with one keeping an eye on a piece of artwork until its original artist returns.

However, the real kicker was when Pitchford revealed the game’s entire map, filled with the locations of all 200 Marcus Bobbleheads, shocking fans.

Not only has he now given players a full view of the Borderlands 4 world, but also a complete collector’s map two months before the game releases, meaning every player will have full access to their locations as soon as they drop into the adventure.

While some players slated Pitchford for sharing the locations: “Just.. why man,” the CEO clapped back, explaining that “I can point you to the haystack. Good luck finding the needle hidden in it,” meaning while we know roughly where they are, there’s no specific locations being shown.

This will certainly be a dream for completionists, and showcases a pretty sizeable world for you to explore.
