Sure, sporting fans are excited to see the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots battle it out at the Super Bowl 2026, but pop culture fans are far more keen to see all the movie trailers that drop over the massive sporting event.
It’ll give audiences a look at some of the biggest blockbusters of the year, and this list will show off every teaser revealed during the big game.
Last year’s Super Bowl delivered some of the biggest cinematic hitters of 2025, as the ad breaks revealed footage from blockbusters like Thunderbolts*, Jurassic World: Rebirth, How to Train Your Dragon, and everyone’s favorite lovable $1 billion smash, Lilo & Stitch.
But 2026 is an even bigger year for cinema thanks to event movies like The Mandalorian & Grogu, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and Avengers: Doomsday. Some studios even got a head start on the Super Bowl 2026 by revealing their teasers early. So, here’s a list of every new movie trailer that dropped for the event.
Super Bowl 2026: Every movie trailer that debuted
In previous years, there have been surprise additions to the Super Bowl movie trailers, and some have been more crowd-pleasing than others. A list of trailers for 2026 surfaced online a few days before the event, with Variety reporting that audiences can expect to see ads for The Mandalorian & Grogu, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, Minions 3, Toy Story 5, Disclosure Day, and Michael.
For now, Paramount got a jump on the proceedings by revealing its Big Game Spot for an iconic slasher franchise…
Scream 7
The Scream 7 teaser puts Ghostface in the spotlight as the masked villain promises to murder everyone close to final girl Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) in an attack that they’ve been planning “for years.” It seems likely that original killer Stu Macher (Matthew Lillard) will be back from the first film due to the line of dialogue at the end, but that has to be misdirection… Right?
Project Hail Mary
While Amazon MGM Studios didn’t reveal its new trailer for Project Hail Mary ahead of the game, it did post a quick 20-second teaser letting fans know that a full set of footage will arrive on Sunday. It shows Ryan Gosling’s astronaut in a variety of colorfully cosmic settings while trying to fix his ship.
For now, fans will just have to wait and see if there are any major trailer surprises. It does seem odd that Disney wouldn’t squeeze out a full Avengers: Doomsday trailer after the four teasers that arrived over the holidays, but perhaps the company wants to give its spotlight to The Mandalorian & Grogu.
