A Genshin Impact player has pulled off an unbelievable feat by clearing Floor 12 of the Spiral Abyss in version 5.8 using an Apple Watch, achieving a perfect nine-star score.

The run was shared on Chinese video platform Bilibili, where the player flexed how they beat Genshin’s toughest endgame content while playing on a tiny Apple Watch screen.

Despite the obvious hardware limitations, they managed to clear all three chambers within the time limit, earning the full nine-star rating, a benchmark even seasoned players struggle to hit on high-end devices.

The watch used appears to be the Apple Watch Ultra, which doesn’t natively support Genshin Impact. In fact, there’s no official cloud version of the game for Apple Watch, so the player likely streamed or mirrored Genshin to the device via a paired iPhone or PC using a remote access method.

Essentially, this kind of setup allows players to control the game through the watch face, with the heavy lifting being done by another device. While unconventional, it’s a clever workaround that turns the Apple Watch into a miniature game console.

It’s not just the pint-sized screen that makes this feat impressive – it’s the fact that Spiral Abyss 5.8 is especially punishing, as it features high-HP enemies like the Secret Source Automaton: Overseer Device, Wayward Hermetic Spiritspeaker, and Gluttonous Yumkasaur Mountain King.

With limited time and tight rotations required for each chamber, clearing all three with 9 stars on such a restricted display is a massive achievement.

In fact, Bilibili users were quick to heap praise on the watch-playing warrior. One viewer commented, “Someone that’s truly strong never complains about their environment.” Another added, “He plays better than me playing on my mobile.”
