Grand Theft Auto 6 fans have pulled off an “impressive” remake of Jason’s house in Fortnite, and it’s actually pretty hard to tell the difference.
At the start of May, Rockstar Games struck a big blow to Grand Theft Auto fans, announcing that GTA 6 would be delayed until May 26, 2026. However, it wasn’t all bad news.
The announcement about the delay was quickly followed by the long-awaited second trailer, which showed off more about Jason and Lucia’s relationship, additional side characters, and what sort of missions fans can expect to face when they enter Vice City.
One of the most talked-about parts of the trailer is Jason’s house. It’s a bit like a beachside shack, but features in a number of clips, including what appears to be actual gameplay of him walking inside with a case of beer in hand.

The house has already been remade by creative fans in Far Cry 5, but it has now appeared in Fortnite thanks to the handiwork of Redditors Warm_Water_6792 and ComfortableIron1736.
They managed to replicate the shot from outside the home, and inside the living room as well, complete with the PlayStation controller on the coffee table and Jason’s pet lizard.
He and Lucia, however, are the only things missing.
Fans were quick to praise the impressive remake too, with a number of them calling the hard work “impressive.”
“Which one is Fortnite on the first pic? It looks so good I literally can’t tell,” one said. “That’s very impressive! I had some trouble telling the two apart at first haha,” another commented. “Incredibly impressive. Giving rockstar a run for their money!” said another. “This is looking better than the original,” another chimed in.
