A Japanese carmaker is rolling out a new Hatsune Miku–themed accessory kit, letting fans turn an ordinary car into a custom Mikumobile.

The package, officially called the Move Canbus Hatsune Miku Edition or “Miku Canbus 2,” launches in Japan on December 10, 2025, and it is already one of the most over-the-top official Miku collabs this year.

For a grand total of 256,300 yen, 1,645 US dollars, the Miku makeover decks out the car with themed seat covers, pastel interior trims, steering wheel and shift lever wraps, and nine exterior items decorated in a fan-created picnic motif.

According to translations of the official press release, the colorful kit’s theme is a picnic, which the creators want to express the idea that they “want you to enjoy spending time with close friends in a familiar, extraordinary place.”

As for the car itself (sadly not included), it’s a Daihatsu Move Canbus, a small boxy car designed for city driving. It is known for its cute retro styling, sliding doors, and practical interior layout, and is the kind of everyday vehicle that naturally fits a playful Miku makeover.

The concept car pulled big crowds at Magical Mirai 2025, where more than 1,100 visitors climbed inside for a preview. The reaction was so strong that the car manufacturer decided to move ahead with a full launch, with the kit set to be sold through Japanese dealerships and Amazon.
