Silksong is finally here, and its player count has already beaten the original Hollow Knight’s peak on Steam despite fans having issues buying the game.
After years of waiting, Hollow Knight: Silksong was finally released on September 4, 2025. As soon as the 10 am EST launch time hit, however, almost every shop where it is available for purchase on crashed.
Despite many issues buying the game, some have managed to get into the sought-after Metroidvania.
