How to unlock the Fitting Mirror

Before you can change outfits, you need to unlock the dressing room feature:

Complete two expeditions and defeat two Nightlords.
After these objectives are complete, return to Roundtable Hold.
The NPC will appear and notify you that the dressing room is now available.

This unlocks the ability to change skins through a special interface.

Where is the Fitting Mirror

The Fitting Mirror is found in the easternmost room of the Roundtable Hold.
