Animal Crossing: New Horizons has received a major new update after finally coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, adding some highly anticipated Zelda items.
Whether you’re diving in for the first time on your Switch 2 or are enjoying the update on your seasoned island, complete with all the stores, villagers, and resources, there’s always room for more items, especially if they’re based on your favorite games.
A ton of items from The Legend of Zelda have arrived in Animal Crossing New Horizons for you to decorate your home and island with. However, getting hold of these items isn’t that simple. So, here’s how to do it and what you can get.
How to unlock Zelda items
To get the Zelda items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you need to simply scan any Legend of Zelda amiibo. Follow the steps below:
- Grab your amiibos and head to the Nook Stop on the right of the Resident Services.
- From there, click Invite amiibo Camper and invite either Tulin or Mineru.
- When you do, all Zelda items will be unlocked in the Nook Shopping menu.
So, head to the Nook Stop or the App and purchase whatever you want.
Note: You can only order up to five items per day, so be sure to pick your favorites.
