South Park made a splash on TV, at Comic-Con, and even reportedly in the White House this week, and the scene that caused much of the controversy is now available to watch for free.

Following complex legal wrangling, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have signed a $1.5 billion licensing deal with Paramount Plus, freeing them up to air the first episode of Season 27 on Comedy Central this past Wednesday (July 23).

The instalment in question was titled ‘Sermon on the Mount,’ revolved around the concept of wokeness, and featured Donald Trump going to bed with the devil, and going to war with the town.

We’ve got details of how you can watch South Park Season 27 Episode 1 for free, while the scene that’s gone viral can now be viewed online.

South Park’s Donald Trump PSA is now on YouTube

Trey Parker and Matt Stone created a website to watch the Donald Trump PSA called HeTrumpedUs.com, while South Park Studios also posted the clip on YouTube with an age-restriction.

The sequence in question sees Trump suing South Park, and the town settling out of court, to the tune of $3.5 million. Which means funding cuts to schools, hospitals, and roads. But that’s not all, because as part of the settlement, they also have to agree to doing “pro-Trump messaging.”

What follows is titled ‘South Park Pro-Trump PSA, 01 of 50,’ and essentially a deep-fake video (the YT description says the footage “contains synthetic media”) of Donald Trump stumbling through a desert.

As the President strips off, a narrator says, “When things heat up, who will deliver us from temptation? Donald J. Trump. No matter how hot it gets, he’s not afraid to fight for America.”

Trump collapses, naked, and his penis pops up and says: “I’m Donald J. Trump, and I endorse this message.” He then gets to his feet and stumbles on, as the narrator adds, “Trump – his penis is teeny-tiny, but his love for us is large.”

The video ends with these words onscreen – “He Gets Us. All Of US” – before directing viewers to the ‘HeTrumpedUs’ website.

Donald Trump’s White House responds to controversy

Responding to the episode via a statement sent to Variety, White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers said:

“The Left’s hypocrisy truly has no end – for years they have come after South Park for what they labeled as ‘offense’ content, but suddenly they are praising the show. Just like the creators of South Park, the Left has no authentic or original content, which is why their popularity continues to hit record lows.

“This show hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention. President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country’s history – and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump’s hot streak.”

Trey Parker says “sorry” for episode (sarcastically)

South Park participated in a Comedy Central panel at Comic-Con last night (July 24) and when asked about the controversy, Trey Parker said, “We’re terribly sorry.” But his tone suggested otherwise, and the pseudo-apology got a big laugh.

The South Park creators then revealed that there was back-and-forth with the network regarding their depiction of the Presidential penis:

Parker: “They’re like, ‘OK, but we’re gonna blur the penis.’ And I’m like, ‘No, you’re not gonna blur the penis.’”
Stone: “We put eyes on the penis.”
Parker: “[To network] ‘If we put eyes on the penis, we won’t blur it.’ And then that was a whole conversation for about four f**king days.”

Ultimately, the penis got eyes, and there was no blurring.
