HSTikkyTokky has been arrested in Marbella after allegedly slashing a man’s neck with a glass during a nightclub fight, leaving the victim with a torn jugular artery that required emergency surgery.
The 24-year-old influencer, real name Harrison Sullivan, had been on the run for a year after crashing his $300K McLaren and fleeing to Dubai in 2024.
The TikTok star was extradited to the UK in October and pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance. He is set to be sentenced on November 14.
But according to authorities in Spain, it was a violent incident on the Costa del Sol that ultimately led officers to track him down.
Spanish police arrest HSTikkyTokky for glass attack
In a statement shared by The Sun, National Police in Malaga said Sullivan allegedly attacked a man with a glass during an argument inside a Marbella nightclub on August 26.
“Officers belonging to the police station in Marbella have arrested a man known as a YouTuber and boxer who in August after rowing with another man, allegedly attacked him with a glass and left him with extremely serious injuries to his neck,” police said.
According to police documents, the glass in the attack was near “the left internal jugular”. The victim reportedly suffered a tear to his jugular artery and underwent emergency surgery.
Spanish authorities added that Sullivan had been posting videos of himself driving in Marbella despite having no license, which helped police identify his whereabouts.
“He was tracked down by officers after they analyzed his social media,” officials added. “He also had an international arrest warrant issued by UK authorities out for him.”
Sullivan is currently in custody in the UK. It remains unclear whether he will be extradited back to Spain to face charges for the alleged nightclub assault.
