A glitch has been discovered in Battlefield 6 that allows players to fly high above the map, providing the perfect spot to snipe enemies from.

Discovered by “GameHero,” the trick involves getting a teammate to deploy a drone onto the ground and jumping on top of it. Once in position, you then need to pull out the Sledgehammer and start bashing the drone repeatedly.

With every hit of the hammer, the drone will gradually float into the heavens until you eventually hit the limit. If you stop swinging, the drone will start to fall back to earth, but you can easily readjust it with a few more hits.

Use this OP Battlefield 6 drone glitch before it’s patched

Not only is this a fun way to get a vantage point overlooking the map, in the right hands, it’s also an OP way to pick enemies off without being found. Since you’ll be much higher in the sky than any normal player would usually look, it provides the perfect oppertunity to land the first shot.

If you’re handy with a Sniper Rifle, you can even take out enemies with a single headshot before they even know what’s happening.

Of course, this isn’t easy, since you’re essentially falling through the sky while trying to line up the snipe. But as GameHero proved in their clip, it can be a deadly tactic if you’re accurate enough and you use it in the right spot.

It’s pretty clear that this is a glitch that isn’t supposed to be possible, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see it patched in an update very soon. However, if you’re looking to get the drop on the enemy team and level up your Sniper Rifle in the process, give it a go before it’s removed.
