IShowSpeed tried his luck on the mats at the UFC Performance Institute but quickly found himself outmatched by strawweight fighter Vanessa Demopoulos.
The streamer visited the UFC HQ on September 26 as part of his ongoing tour across the United States. While the meetup was clearly meant to be playful, Demopoulos didn’t hold back. Speed was submitted multiple times in the short session, including with triangle chokes, a head-and-arm, and even a double armbar.
Between rounds, Speed received some crash-course tips from other fighters on how to avoid getting pushed into submission so fast.

Demopoulos, who holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, shared clips of the session on Instagram with the caption, “Speed came to the PI to have some fun today. He admired that he lost. So much fun!!”

The sparring session is just the latest in a string of headline-grabbing events from Speed’s U.S. tour, which has been packed with drama. On September 21, the content creator opened up about feeling alone, stating, “I need somebody to talk to. I feel alone. I feel like nobody understands me.”
