Jacob Elordi says Euphoria cast have no idea what Season 3 is about

Euphoria Season 3 has been shrouded in secrecy, and star Jacob Elordi has revealed that even the cast “doesn’t know what anyone else is doing.”

With their movie careers taking off, it looked like it would be tough to reunite the cast of Euphoria – which includes Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, and Jacob Elordi – for Season 3.

But HBO and showrunner Sam Levinson managed to attract pretty much everyone back for the final batch of episodes, while also securing the likes of Sharon Stone, Natasha Lyonne, Eli Roth, and Danielle Deadwyler in supporting roles.

But we still don’t know what Season 3 is about, and it sounds like the cast is also being kept in the dark on that front.

Jacob Elordi says he’ll be watching Euphoria Season 3 “as a fan”

Jacob Elordi plays troubled jock Nate Jacobs in Euphoria, and while he knows what happens to his own character, the Saltburn star has no idea about Season 3’s overarching story.

“Everybody shoots at different storylines,” Elordi told Variety. “I don’t know what anyone else is doing. I had a really singular storyline. You don’t know what the other storylines are. It’s like FBI files. So it’s great because I’ll get to consume the show the same way that everybody else does as a fan, which I haven’t been able to do before. I’m really excited.”

As for what to expect from what he’s seen and experienced on the Season 3 set, Elordi said Levinson has “constructed something that’s incredibly clever and cinematic – I think people are really going to like it.”

Regarding Nate’s own journey, the actor added: “It was incredible, man. It was incredibly liberating. I got to play something so sort of far out from what I’ve done before.”
