Jake Paul has revealed his plans to build a private landing strip and race track at his $40 million ranch, which he wants to use to create a private members club.
Over the years, plenty of online content creators have flaunted their success with big purchases. Some have splashed out on lavish car collections, bought big houses, and even invested in expensive collectibles.
When it comes to Jake Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer made two of his biggest purchases to date in 2025. The ‘Problem Child’ splashed out on a private jet – which he dubs Air Paul – and also bought a ranch in Georgia for around $40 million.
Buying big property is nothing new for Jake, given he bought a $16m mansion in Puerto Rico, but the Georgia-based ranch came with 5,746 acres of land for him to play with. And, well, he’s starting to play with it.
Jake Paul planning on building F1-style racetrack on ranch
During his January 13 video on the Paul Family Ranch YouTube channel, Jake revealed that he wants to build a private landing strip and a nearby racetrack.
“We will be putting an air strip to land the Global Express, Paul Air. This will be a full-on landing strip. This goes for about a mile and a half, and I’m going to be weaving on a full-on F1-style racetrack throughout this area,” he said, noting he’ll “build” his car collection after it’s complete.
“I’m going to turn this into a membership club, where people can have houses on the track, have their cars in their garage, have their own space to live, and be able to use the track whenever they want, land their plane right here on the airstrip, and create this sort of race club with all the amenities.”

On top of that, Paul has built a track to race Polaris Razors on, which members of his club would have access to as well.
It’s a big plan that will undoubtedly take some time, but it remains to be seen as to when he’ll pull it off.
