Twitch stars Kai Cenat and Ibai became the world’s most-watched streamers after a stunning Q3 2025, dominating everyone else on every other platform.
Going into June, Kai Cenat had fallen to the sixth most-watched streamer on Twitch, behind the likes of League of Legends co-caster Marc ‘Caedrel’ Lamont, Jynxzi, and Hasan.
In fact, thanks to multistreaming on Kick, Asmongold led the way as the world’s top creator, but that crown wouldn’t stay on his head for long.
Personal struggles and his father’s death caused Asmongold to take a break from streaming as much. At the same time, Kai Cenat came back with a vengeance with his Mafiathon 3 – a massive month-long spectacle where he became the first streamer to surpass 1M Twitch subs.
Thanks to Mafiathon, Kai didn’t just beat his biggest competitors; he absolutely annihilated them.
Kai Cenat becomes most-watched streamer by over 40M hours
According to StreamsCharts, Cenat pulled in 811 hours of airtime in Q3 2025 and had a whopping 93.90 million hours watched.
By contrast, Spanish streamer Ibai had only 78 hours of airtime, but amassed 51.32 million hours watched.
This was largely due to his annual La Velada del Año (The Night of the Year) event, where he broke the concurrent viewership record on Twitch.
The boxing spectacle pulled in 9,334,779 viewers, smashing Ibai’s old record of 3,846,256.
Caedrel was third overall on the Twitch side, with nearly 30 million hours watched while streaming for 635 hours.
On the Kick and YouTube side, Jordan’s Maher ‘maherco’ Mahmude Sultani and American icon IShowSpeed had near identical stats. Each pulled just under 32 million hours watched and both neared 900 hours of airtime.
However, when you factor in that Speed’s US tour was multistreamed on Twitch, his numbers jump to 42 million hours watched during Q3 2025.
