KFC is bringing back the Twister wrap as part of a new menu push focused on portability and shareable value meals, while also introducing a new $20 Build a Bucket bundle designed for group dining.
The fast food chain says the returning wrap and new bundle are aimed at different occasions, giving customers more flexibility whether they are ordering for themselves or feeding a crowd.
According to Melissa Cash, Chief Marketing Officer at KFC U.S., the company wanted to balance convenience and value while expanding customization options across the menu.
KFC brings back the Twister wrap with new options
The Twister returns to KFC menus after fan demand, featuring two crispy Original Recipe Tenders wrapped in a warm tortilla with lettuce, diced tomato, and the brand’s Pepper Mayo.
KFC says the updated version has a more substantial build designed to serve as a full meal rather than a side item.
The wrap is available in two versions:
- Twister Classic: Two Original Recipe Tenders with lettuce, tomato, and Pepper Mayo
- Twister Bacon: Two Original Recipe Tenders with hickory-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Pepper Mayo
Customers can also add Zinger Sauce for extra heat. KFC says the wrap is designed for portable occasions like commutes, lunch breaks, or late-night food runs.
Alongside the Twister’s return, KFC is launching a new $20 Build a Bucket meal aimed at group orders and family-style dining.
The bundle includes:
- 8 pieces of Chicken on the Bone or 8 Original Recipe Tenders
- 4 individual sides of choice
- 4 biscuits
- 4 sauces when ordering tenders
The company says the meal is meant to simplify ordering while allowing customization for different preferences at the table.
