Logan Paul has addressed the dismissal of the CryptoZoo lawsuit against him, confirming that he received the news during his wedding back in August.
On October 30, TMZ reported that the two-year-long lawsuit against Logan Paul and his CryptoZoo NFTs had been dismissed. The YouTuber-turned-WWE wrestler had launched the NFT project back in 2021, following the style of Pokémon games, where you would ‘capture’ animals as a cryptocurrency.
The project was accused of being a “scam” by investors, and said class action lawsuit was filed against Logan in 2023. He did, however, offer to refund investors with around $2 million set aside to buy back eggs from CryptoZoo.
“Some good news! The CryptoZoo class action lawsuit against me got officially dismissed, which is a pretty big deal,” Logan said in his November 5 vlog. “The timing of this was insane. The ruling of this came literally as Nina was walking down the aisle and, this week, the district judge approved it. So, yeah, this is pretty significant.”

Logan showed off clips from his wedding where his team and wife celebrated the ruling amongst the ceremony. He noted that it’s a “good first step” in unwinding the “scammer narrative” that has been thrust against him.
“That was a big moment for me. To be validated by the federal courts, the United States judicial system, in what I’ve been saying for the past 3-4 years, that I didn’t scam anyone, I’m innocent, and that this ‘Logan Paul is a scammer’ narrative is absolute bulls*it,” he continued.
“The ruling was pretty damning. I never made a dollar from this project. I wanted to make the best game ever, it failed, but there’s a huge difference between failure and fraud. Business ventures fail all the time, to imply scam, to imply deception is just so objectively false, and I’m so f**king happy that the court now say it, it’s on the record.”

The imPaulsive host noted that the plaintiffs have the ability to refile their lawsuit against him, but claimed it will be an “uphill battle” for them given this dismissal.
“This is why I brought it to court, because it was the only way to get the truth out there,” he added. “I’m going to try and win in court, and that’s what I intend to do. It is just the beginning, I promise you that.”
