McDonald’s has officially released the Daily Double burger, and this time it’s part of the chain’s value menu lineup.
After years of fan requests and sporadic appearances in select markets, the Daily Double is now available nationwide. McDonald’s confirmed the burger’s debut in an announcement, revealing that the sandwich will be listed as a budget-friendly option alongside other value items.
The burger features two beef patties, fresh onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, and mayo on a toasted bun. While it’s similar to a McDouble, the Daily Double is closer in build to a pared-down Big Mac without the third bun or special sauce.
McDonald’s new burger meal is just $6
With it being on the value menu, McDonald’s new Daily Double is available alongside a four-piece chicken McNugget, small fry, and a small drink of your choice for just six bucks. Although they do note that some markets might be asking seven dollars for the meal.
The Daily Double’s debut comes amid rising fast food prices and increasing demand for affordable combos. McDonald’s has recently doubled down on value-focused offerings, including limited-time meal deals and digital app promotions.
