McDonald’s has added two Red Bull-based drinks to its menu in select US locations, giving customers a new way to get a caffeine boost alongside their meal.

The drinks, called Red Bull Dragonberry Energizer and Red Bull Peach Boost Energizer, were introduced in 2025 as part of the chain’s wider beverage innovation program. They are currently only available in participating restaurants through limited regional testing.

The Dragonberry Energizer combines Red Bull with blue raspberry syrup and freeze-dried dragonfruit, while the Peach Boost Energizer blends Red Bull with peach flavors over ice. A medium serving of either drink contains about 80 mg of caffeine, meaning its created with the smallest can of Red Bull.

Expanding beyond CosMc’s

McDonald’s first experimented with these drinks through CosMc’s, its short-lived standalone beverage concept. After closing the venture, the company began rolling out select items from that menu, including the Red Bull Energizers, into traditional McDonald’s restaurants.
