Michael Scott’s condo from The Office is officially up for sale, and it can be yours for a cool $710,000.
Located at 7303 Bonnie Place in Reseda, California, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse served as the on-screen home of Steve Carell’s character during multiple episodes of the hit sitcom.
While The Office was set in Scranton, Pennsylvania, much of the show was actually filmed around Los Angeles, including the now-famous condo unit.
Spanning 1,458 square feet, the home features vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, a private patio, and a two-car garage. Since the show aired, the condo has been renovated with modern appliances, but fans will still recognize the layout from iconic scenes in the show.
Iconic condo from The Office is up for grabs
The condo was famously used as the backdrop for multiple key episodes, most notably Season 4’s ‘Dinner Party,’ which saw Michael and Jan host an incredibly uncomfortable event.
The episode remains one of the show’s highest-rated and most quoted, thanks to its escalating chaos. It was also featured in ‘Office Olympics,’ where Jim and Pam help Michael purchase the condo and invent events like “Flonkerton” in the process.
Despite the listing for the property going live in late June, and “pending sale” as of July 1, the property agency has confirmed it’s still accepting back-up offers, which means there’s still a sliver of hope for any Office superfans with deep pockets.
This isn’t the first time a filming location from The Office has gone viral. The exterior used for the Scranton Business Park, home of Dunder Mifflin, regularly draws tourists and fans recreating scenes.
Michael Scott’s condo, however, stands out as one of the only residential properties from the show to ever hit the open market.
Whether you’re looking to reenact your favorite scenes or simply own a slice of sitcom history, Michael Scott’s condo is a rare chance to live like the World’s Best Boss, plasma TV not included. You can see the full property details by heading over to listing page.
