MrBeast’s latest video sees the YouTuber traveling across continents to save more than 1,000 animals — from lions and rhinos to dogs and turtles — in one of his most ambitious projects yet.

The 17-minute upload, titled “I Saved 1,000 Animals From Dying,” follows Jimmy Donaldson and his crew as they perform emergency dental surgery on a lion, relocate endangered rhinos, and vaccinate giraffes from a helicopter. The group even visits war-torn Ukraine to help rescue big cats trapped in damaged zoos, flying them to safety at a sanctuary in South Africa.

“We saved 1,000 animals, but our work isn’t done yet,” MrBeast says at the end of the video, encouraging viewers to help fund future rescue missions through his latest charity initiative.

Root canals, rhinos, and giraffes

The video opens with MrBeast assisting veterinarians in performing a life-saving root canal on a lion suffering from a dangerous tooth infection. From there, the team tranquilizes and relocates rhinos that were at risk of fighting to the death in an overcrowded reserve.

In one of the video’s most cinematic segments, MrBeast and his crew vaccinate giraffes against deadly diseases using air rifles from a helicopter, joking that they’re “sniping giraffes to save their lives.”

Beyond the large-scale wildlife operations, the video also highlights dozens of smaller but equally impactful missions: helping 100 shelter dogs find homes, buying miniature horses out of slaughter auctions, and rehabilitating birds, turtles, and deer at various sanctuaries across the U.S.

MrBeast also stops by streamer Maya Higa’s Alveus Sanctuary in Texas to help rebuild after recent flooding, constructing a new emu enclosure and donating $50,000 toward its ongoing wildlife rehabilitation efforts.

“Our work isn’t done yet”

The upload ends with MrBeast releasing sea lions, funding additional rescue centers, and calling on fans to support future projects through his website.

It’s another massive philanthropic effort from YouTube’s biggest creator, one that blends entertainment and conservation while showcasing the scale of what’s possible when the internet rallies behind a cause.
