Oreo Puffs are getting a spooky-season update. The Halloween edition of the chocolatey cereal keeps the same flavor but adds a festive twist, orange milk.
Oreo Puff is made by Post in partnership with Oreo’s parent company. The cereal originally launched as a softer, puffier alternative to Oreo O’s, offering a different texture while keeping the cookie-inspired flavor.
The limited-edition flavor features the same crunchy cocoa bites as the original, with no changes to taste. The only difference is visual: the cereal turns milk bright orange as it reacts with both the cookie bits and marshmallow pieces.
Oreo Puffs takes aim at Halloween fans
It’s a small switch aimed at Halloween fans, with themed packaging to match. The box includes ghosts, bats, and seasonal colors to drive shelf appeal.
Although they’ve revealed it now, the Halloween-focused cereal doesn’t launch in stores until August 1, 2025.
Releasing limited-edition product variations isn’t anything new to the popular cookie brand. Over the years, Oreo has released dozens of collabs and new flavors.
The Oreo x Coca-Cola collaboration was back in 2024, where they released a cookie-flavored soda and a soda-flavored cookie.
