The next major sale kicks off next week. Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days event is set to begin on October 7 and run through October 8 this year with discounts exclusively available to Prime members. This is the fourth year in a row that Amazon has decided to have an October Prime Day and we here on the IGN Deals team have covered every single one. Although we don't yet have all of the details about what deals to expect this year, we've done this enough times to make some educated guesses.
If you're planning to do some shopping before November this year, Amazon's two-day fall sale is certainly a good time to do so. But you shouldn't expect that everything you are hoping to buy will be getting a discount. Prime Big Deal Days will definitely include some of the best deals of the year on many popular items, but Black Friday is still when we expect to see the biggest spread of discounts from every retailer.
