QTCinderella responded to Adin Ross and Asmongold as they seem pretty serious about launching a rival Streamer Awards show.

Over the years, streamers have been recognised as a part of a few different awards shows. However, it wasn’t until QTCinderella launched The Streamer Awards that they had a whole show dedicated to streaming.

The Twitch star’s awards ceremony has become an annual celebration of streamers and content creators, and has expanded year on year. However, Adin Ross and Asmongold have suggested launching a rival show of their own.

“I think we have to do it, realistically, end of December, but that would be really, really early, especially for renting a venue, getting people organized. Security, big security,” Asmongold said, suggesting it would be called ‘The Shame Awards.’

QTCinderella would welcome a Streamer Awards rival

QT, however, isn’t too fussed about a rival show. In fact, she thinks it could be “incredibly entertaining” as a “unique product” of their own.

“People ask me my opinion on this, and tbh there are a ton of categories they could do that I think would make the show unique and special.  People ask me every year to do the drama categories like: “Best breakup,” “Best Cancellation,” “Best Drama,” Etc,” she said on X (formerly Twitter).

“I actually think they could lean into that and make something INCREDIBLY entertaining that neither of them are afraid of doing. In other words, I don’t see it as competition cause I know they would make a unique product.”

QT was also asked why she doesn’t do those categories on her own show, adding: “I like my categories.”

Despite both streamers having a place on Twitch, Asmongold and Ross’ show would likely be backed by Kick, which could help differentiate the field of nominees from The Streamer Awards.
