Following on from a major exploit over the Holidays, in which Rainbow Six Siege players found themselves credited with billions of R6 credits and unexpected bans, the game’s been hacked once again.

On December 27, 2025, Rainbow Six Siege was met with tons of players claiming that their accounts had been credited with tons of the game’s premium currency, giving them access to exclusive cosmetics, Packs, and Renown. However, at the same time, other players were met with random bans as part of a mass breach of the game’s servers.

Shortly after, Ubisoft solved the issue and rolled back the game to its pre-hack state, removing all the random bans and any added credits or purchases. However, it hasn’t ended there.

Rainbow Six Siege sees tons of bans in new breach

As seen by plenty of players on social media, Rainbow Six Siege appears to have been breached once again, with players spotting and receiving mass bans that will last 67 days (as in the 6-7 meme) without any warning.

Tons have been reporting their suspensions, with many being unable to play any sessions until the issue is solved. This appears to be widespread, with creators and players alike getting banned for the same number of days.

On top of this, the Rainbow Six Siege status website also reveals major issues within the game, with Authentication, Matchmaking, and the In-Game Store all showcasing outages. All platforms are seeing “unplanned issues,” and the connectivity of all versions of the game is “Degraded,” with the site explaining that “some issues are being investigated. Thank you for your patience.”

So, while Ubisoft hasn’t directly acknowledged the new hack on their social media, it appears they are aware of the issues and are currently investigating.
