Roblox’s Steal A Brainrot has cemented its place as one of the biggest games on the platform after hitting a staggering 24-hour peak of more than 12.7 million concurrent players during a limited-time Bruno Mars digital concert.
The event took place on January 17, when Steal A Brainrot recorded a daily peak player count of 12,712,359, according to in-game statistics. The spike coincided with a short live concert experience featuring Bruno Mars, making it one of the largest single-game events Roblox has ever hosted.
Steal A Brainrot has been one of Roblox’s most-played experiences in recent months, regularly pulling in millions of players per day. The game revolves around collecting and stealing “brainrots” that drop into the play area, with its fast-paced loop helping drive massive engagement and repeat visits.
Bruno Mars concert in Roblox Steal a Brainrot
The Bruno Mars concert itself lasted just under eight minutes and was presented as a pre-recorded performance rather than a live appearance. Five identical Bruno Mars avatars appeared on a stage positioned above the door where brainrots enter the map, performing to a synchronized light show as several of his songs played.
Despite its brief runtime, the concert drew enormous attention across social media and the wider Roblox community. Roblox promoted the event in advance, announcing that players would be able to “Steal a Brainrot x Bruno Mars” for one day only, helping fuel anticipation and turnout.
At the height of the concert, Rolimons the Roblox player-count tracker updated to reveal 12.7 million concurrent players were watching the performance inside Roblox.
In addition to his musical performance, a new Brainrot named Brunito Marsito was added to the game, allowing players to own their own Brainrot version of Bruno Mars.
With over 54 billion visits, more than 1.2 million favorites, and an approval rating above 86 percent, Steal A Brainrot continues to stand as one of the defining Roblox experiences.
