As of right now, this is the only Series Five puzzle available. The Magic Puzzle Company usually releases these in sets of three, so we expect two more to arrive sometime in the future. From what I can tell by looking at the product images, The Drippy Trip is a dip into a psychedelic dream. The original artwork comes from an artist simply called Ghostshrimp, and a quick look at their instagram showcases their style.
If you're thinking that the artwork here seems familiar, that's probably because Ghostshrimp (AKA Daniel Rogers James) was actually a background designer for Adventure Time. And you can really see that influence in this new puzzle. All of the little characters and intricate interactions that are hidden in easter eggs across the whole thing could practically be included on any Adventure Time episode. If you look closely, you can even see a little Finn the Human riding some sort of snake creature in the background.
These little details are really what makes The Magic Puzzle Company puzzles worth getting. As an avid Adventure Time fan, that connection alone is almost enough to get me to purchase this one on the spot.
