This LEGO book nook can be displayed in two different ways. You can choose to use the two sides of the set as a pair of bookends or fold them to fit neatly between books on a shelf. Both options reveal different aspects of the build. The set is made up of 832 pieces and the end result is a miniature diorama of the iconic Hogwarts Express on Platform 9 and 3/4. You'll also get minifigures of both Harry Potter and Ron as they were in their first year at Hogwarts.

One important note is that the book nook itself is only 6.5 inches tall. This height is generally fine for most paperbacks and smaller hardcovers, but if you have taller books in your collection it might look a little bit weird. For example, the Harry Potter illustrated books are about 11 inches tall and would absolutely tower over this set on a shelf.

More LEGO Book Nooks to Check Out

There are a ton of other LEGO Harry Potter sets to check out, but if you like the idea of a book nook, you have a few other options available to you. First up there's the LEGO Lord of the Rings book nook, which features Gandalf standing against the Balrog. We had the chance to build this set last year and can confirm it's delightful for LotR fans. There's also the Sherlock Holmes set, which is a wonderfully detailed recreation of 221B Baker Street where Sherlock lives.

Although it's not technically a book nook, I'd also recommend checking out the LEGO Wicked bookends. I had the opportunity to build this set last year and highly recommend it to any fans of Wicked. There are a lot of hidden details in the build you'll only discover as you go.
