The S84F is the most affordable TV in Samsung's 2025 OLED lineup. To be honest, I cannot tell any difference between the S84F and S85F (which costs significantly more). Both TVs use a W-OLED panel, which is a small step down from the quantum dot OLED panels you'll find on higher end Samsung models like the S90F. The primary difference between those two panel types is brightness: the QD OLED is brighter so it works better in bright rooms. Nevertheless, the S84F is still equipped with a true OLED panel, which means it boasts near instantaneous response time, near infinite contrast ratio, and true blacks. Its image quality is superior to nearly every other non-OLED TV out there.

The Samsung S84F has the features you want in a current-gen gaming TV, like HDMI 2.1 ports and a native 120Hz panel for running 4K at 120fps on a PS5 or Xbox Series, variable refresh rate and auto low latency mode. It's also a good TV for running the Nintendo Switch 2 in docked mode, although the Switch 2 can only run games at up to 60fps in 4K.

Right now this is the lowest price we can find for a brand new and fully warrantied 77" OLED TV, especially if you want to stick with a tried and true brand like Samsung. You also get the "deluxe" delivery option free of charge, which normally costs $30. This includes delivery of the TV to your room of choice and removal and haul-away of the packing materials.
