Atlanta police have issued an arrest warrant after a group of thieves broke into the car of Beyonce’s choreographer, stealing drives full of unreleased music.

Beyonce is currently in the middle of her Cowboy Carter tour, set to perform at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia on July 14, 2025.

The tour has already spawned a few viral moments, but this latest incident is sending the Beyhive into a frenzy.

On July 14, local news outlets reported that thieves broke into an SUV rented by Beyonce’s choreographer while it was parked in a parking garage, making off with some of the superstar’s personal items — including hard drives full of as-yet unseen footage and even unreleased music.

The theft itself occurred on the night of July 8, two days prior to her first show in ATL. The choreographer and a backup dancer phoned authorities an hour after leaving their vehicle, saying the Jeep Wagoneer’s back window had been busted open.

Police reports state that the stolen hard drives contained “water-marked music, some unreleased music, footage plans for the show, and past and future set lists.”

Thus far, Beyonce’s representatives have not commented on the matter — and neither has the Grammy-winning artist, herself.

Local outlets caught up with fans outside the garage where the theft took place, with one remarking that there was “about to be a lot of free Beyonce music on the streets.”

Police have issued an arrest warrant for one individual and they are continuing to hunt for the perpetrator as Beyonce gears up for her final show in the area.

This is the latest moment from the Cowboy Carter tour to make headlines after a frightening incident that took place during her performance in Houston, Texas, when a ‘flying car’ prop she was riding above the crowd began to lean dangerously to one side.
