For LEGO fans, this year has been filled with some exciting new sets to build, and there's still plenty yet to come in the last few months of the year. If you're looking to pick up a new set to work on, especially as the cooler fall weather rolls in, but don't want to drop full price on it, Target has a selection of LEGO sets on sale right now that are worth a look.

The ridiculously cute LEGO Gizmo set is even discounted as part of this sale - it's down to $93.49 from its $109.99 list price - which is worth taking advantage of ahead of its release on October 1. Even the Hocus Pocus LEGO set is marked down, which is a great pick-up ahead of Halloween. Below you can see a few more of our favorite discounted sets at Target alongside these builds.

Target LEGO Sale

Outside of the deals above, September has seen some excellent new releases for LEGO fans. From the Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory set to the Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship set from Pirates of the Caribbean, there are plenty of big new builds to pick up. Some of them have been so popular that they're already on backorder, though, so it's worth it to keep an eye out for new sets as they're announced and jump on the ones that catch your eye right away.

This is especially true for October, as the highly-anticipated LEGO Game Boy drops on the first of the month, alongside the pricy (and equally anticipated) LEGO Death Star. If you're itching to grab these, it's worth it to get a preorder in now.

And if you're looking for more discounts, Amazon's next big sale event, Prime Big Deal Days, is on the horizon, set to run from October 7 to 8. This will be a good opportunity to search for more LEGO sets on sale before the big holiday sale events kick off in November.
