Yes, chef! Hulu and Disney Plus are about to get a fresh serving of The Bear with Season 4, so make sure you know exactly what time it drops on streaming.
After the end of The Bear Season 3, the response was near-unanimous: fans wanted – nay, needed – more.
The fourth season has some big questions to answer: will Sydney stay at the restaurant or will she leave, and more importantly, did Carmy and co. get a good or bad review?
Soon, you’ll be able to feast your eyes on whatever lies in store in Season 4, and this is exactly when it’ll be available to stream.

What is Season 4 about?
As per the official synopsis, Season 4 finds Carmy, Sydney, and Richie “pushing forward, determined not only to survive, but also to take The Bear to the next level.”
“With new challenges around every corner, the team must adapt, adjust and overcome. This season, the pursuit of excellence isn’t just about getting better – it’s about deciding what’s worth holding on to,” it adds.
Towards the end of Season 3, Uncle Jimmy gave Carmy an ultimatum: if the restaurant got a bad review, he’d have to “cut the string” and close it down, as the establishment is bleeding too much money.
In the finale’s last scene, we see Carmy checking his phone to read the review, scanning words like confusing, innovative, sloppy, and talent before reacting, “Motherf**ker!”
Whether or not it’s positive or negative is just one of Carmy’s problems. Sydney seems poised to leave and join Adam Shapiro’s new kitchen, where she’ll have creative freedom and authority over the restaurant’s menu.
However, if she does leave The Bear, it’ll then be a question of how Carmy reacts. Will he freak out and say a lot of things he regrets? Probably. Will he get back with Claire, his “peace”, only to realize that Sydney has been the real calming force in his life? We hope so.
Is Season 4 the end of The Bear?
It’s not been confirmed if The Bear will end with Season 4. However, given the increased fame and demand around its main stars, don’t be surprised if this is our final helping.
For example, Jeremy Allen White is starring in a Bruce Springsteen biopic and is allegedly being eyed for a Marvel role. Ebon Moss-Bachrach is about to debut as The Thing in the MCU’s Fantastic Four. Ayo Edebiri has several projects lined up, including a new Luca Guadagnino film.
FX executive John Landgraf told Variety: “We really don’t know. These decisions are really creative decisions.
“It was Sterlin Harjo who made a decision that [Reservation Dogs was a three-season series. And so it’s really Chris [Storer’s] decision on The Bear. It’s about, how much more story does he have to tell?
“I mean, obviously, I’m hoping he has more than one more season of story to tell. But not to the extent that if there was one great season or three mediocre ones, I’d rather have one great one. You just have to follow the creative.”
