Single’s Inferno Season 5 is shaping up to be the most dramatic chapter so far. If you don’t want to miss any of the drama, be sure to bookmark Part 2’s Netflix release date and time.
Even before Part 1 dropped last week, the Single’s Inferno producers promised the stakes had been raised for Season 5, telling viewers that a new rule in the ‘truth or drink’ created chaos – they weren’t lying.
Choi Mina Sue has become one of the most talked about contestants in the Netflix show’s history, with a love triangle forming between her, Song Seung-il, and Kim Min-ji. And the preview for the next batch of episodes teases plenty more where that came from.
It also reveals there will be newcomers heading to Inferno and no doubt shaking things up for the Season 5 cast. Thankfully, there’s not long to wait and find out what happens next, with Part 2 just around the corner.
Following its four-episode debut, Single’s Inferno Season 5 Part 2 drops on Netflix on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 12am PT/3am ET. Part 2 consists of Episodes 5-6.
We’ve listed several timezones below so you know exactly when to tune in:
- 5am Brazil
- 8am UK
- 9am Central European Time
- 1:30pm India Standard Time
- 7pm Australia
- 9pm New Zealand
Unlike scripted Netflix originals, the streaming service tends to drop reality shows in batches to ensure maximum engagement over several weeks rather than one short binge window.
By splitting seasons into parts, Netflix can build anticipation around cliffhangers and twists, while encouraging discourse on social media (of which there’s always a lot – even past Single’s Inferno contestants are reacting to the truth game drama).
How many episodes are there?
Although there’s no confirmation from Netflix just yet, reports suggest that Single’s Inferno Season 5 will have 10 episodes in total.
Even though Season 1 had just eight episodes, this number steadily increased as the show gained popularity. Season 2 had 10, there were 11 in Season 3, and Season 4 bumped this up to 12.
However, it looks like the show has cut this back slightly, although given how much has happened in the first four episodes, there’s plenty more to enjoy in the coming weeks.
Full release schedule
Again, the release schedule is yet to be confirmed, but if it follows the same pattern as previous chapters, it will look like this:

- Episode 8 – February 3, 2026

We’ll keep this space updated when the full release details and episode count are confirmed.
What happened in Season 5 Part 1?
As said, the biggest talking point was the love triangle between Mina Sue, Seung-il, and Kim Min-ji. While the last two went on a Paradise date, Mina Sue found out that Seung-il was also interested in her during the truth game.
Prior to this, Mina Sue had revealed that Lee Sung-hun, Lim Su-been, and Woo Sung-min were in her top three, even telling Sung-min that she wanted to go to Paradise with him next.
After finding out about Seung-il’s feelings towards both her and Min-ji, she’s asked about the contestant she likes the most right now, and she switches to Seung-il – a move that even shocked the Single’s Inferno hosts.
But this was far from the only dramatic moment around the campfire. Another love triangle emerged between Season 5 cast members Kim Jae-jin, Park Hee-sun, and Lee Joo-young, peaking when Jae-jin admitted Joo-young is his top choice while holding Hee-sun’s hand.
What to expect in Season 5 Part 2
As for what to expect in Part 2, the preview shows Mina Sue and Seung-il having a private chat. “I’ve only been interested in getting to know two people,” he says, to which she replies, “If you want to find out more…”
Despite expressing her interest in multiple contestants, the next scene shows her scolding Lim Su-been for getting to know Park Hee-sun.
“You don’t like guys who go around hitting on everyone?” Su-been asks, with Mina Sue replying, “I’m really annoyed. I don’t like the fact that the guy who went to Paradise with me is spending all his time with Hee-sun.”
The camera cuts to the hosts, at which point Dex says, “I’m going to be honest, I can no longer relate to Mina Sue.”
We’re also shown a tense interaction when Woo Sung-min interrupts Kim Go-eun and Shin Hyeon-woo’s private chat. Sung-min tells Hyeon-woo, “I’m going to go to the restroom. Be done by the time I’m back,” to which Hyeon-woo claps back, “Why not just set a timer then?”
Finally, the preview reveals there will be at least two game changers: a man and a woman – and Mina Sue might be interested in the former. “There’s a new person I’m curious about,” she says, although it’s unclear whether she’s talking about the game changer or another contestant.
