As Love Island USA Season 7 draws to a close, Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 is here to fill the gap. So you don’t miss a thing, here’s when new episodes drop, as well as how to watch the show for free.
While there are plenty of new TV shows to watch across all streaming platforms this month, you may be craving a blend of romance and drama in a reality show package. Thankfully, Bachelor in Paradise, hosted by Jesse Palmer, has made its return.
As a spinoff to The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, the hit series sees contestants from the franchise explore connections after missing their shot at finding love the first time round. Season 10 has a few format changes, switching its setting from Mexico to Costa Rica.
But the biggest surprise is that contestants from the Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette will be heading to paradise for the first time ever. With so much happening, be sure to check out when to tune in with our guide to the release schedule.
When are new episodes of Bachelor in Paradise out?
New episodes of Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 air weekly on Mondays at 8pm ET on ABC, before being available at 5am ET the following day on Hulu.
However, there is a slight change to the schedule to take note of – on Tuesday, July 15, we’re getting a bonus episode during which the Golden contestants arrive. It will air at the same time as the rest of the season.
This is the only time there’s an extra episode, meaning the release schedule will switch back to weekly episode drops each Monday thereafter.
How many episodes are there?
This one is a little tricky, as ABC is yet to reveal the full episode count, and each season varies. While Season 1 had just seven episodes, Season 8 consisted of 16.
Right now, estimates are suggesting Season 10 could have 10 episodes due to the fact that Season 9 was the same. However, with so many big changes to the format, this may switch in the weeks to come.

How to watch for free
If you don’t have cable, there are still plenty of ways to catch Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 without spending a dime – at least at first – by taking advantage of free trials and promos across both ABC and Hulu to keep up with the drama.
For live viewing, ABC is available through a number of live TV streaming services that offer free trials. YouTube TV and Fubo, which both include ABC, offer seven days free, while DirecTV offers a five-day trial.
If you can wait a few hours for new episodes to drop on Hulu, the streaming service offers a 30-day free trial for its ad-supported plan, making it a great option if you want to binge several episodes at once or catch up mid-season without paying.
If you’re a new subscriber or haven’t had Hulu in a while, you may still be eligible for that free month.
It’s also worth checking whether your mobile provider offers access to either platform at no extra cost. For instance, those on T-Mobile’s Experience Beyond package get a Hulu with ads subscription for free.
Alternatively, if you have the 5G Get More or 5G Play More package at Verizon, you’re eligible for a free Hulu with ads subscription. If you’re not part of these packages, you can still get a discount on the streaming service.
