After the last Zombies movie introduced aliens and sent Seabrook spiraling once again, the wait has been on for the next chapter. So, here’s exactly when Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires lands on Disney Plus, and what to expect from the musical sequel.
Listen, right now is a busy time for cinema. James Gunn’s Superman is just around the corner, and in a couple of weeks, Marvel’s first family will be making their MCU debut in The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
We’ve also recently had our zombie movie fill with 28 Years Later. But if you’re looking for something that sits in the middle with a few bops thrown in, Zombies is the ideal form of escapism.
The Disney franchise kicked off in 2018, quickly becoming the High School Musical of the modern era with a supernatural twist. Fast forward to July 2025 and we’re getting a fourth instalment, this time with vampires.
Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires premieres on the Disney Channel on July 10, 2025 at 7pm ET/PT. It will then drop on Disney Plus on July 11 at 12am PT.
The new movie has a runtime of one hour and 28 minutes. If you’re watching it on Disney’s streaming service using a VPN, here’s what time it will drop in your timezone:

Disney Plus has Zombies surprise
To celebrate the release of the fourth flick, Disney Plus has added singalong versions of the first three Zombies movies to its content library.
The streaming service dropped the updated versions earlier this month, meaning you can now sing your favorite songs while watching the movies with onscreen lyrics.
If you’re watching via cable, the Disney Channel is also airing Zombies 1-3 between 12.20pm – 3.40 pm ET/PT on July 10.
Who’s in the Zombies 4 cast?
Milo Manheim and Meg Donnelly are reprising their roles as Zed and Addison in Zombies 4. We met the duo in the Zombies movie, where Addison is the captain of the cheerleading team at Seabrook High and Zed is her zombie friend.

In the first three installments, Zed and Addison brought human and monster kind together in their hometown of Seabrook, but the fourth entry is looking a little different.
What’s it about?
Zombies 4 sees the duo trading Seabrook for the open road – until an unexpected detour throws them straight into the middle of yet another monster feud.
Their summer road trip takes a dramatic turn when they stumble upon a camp divided by two new supernatural factions: Daywalkers and Vampires.
With returning allies Eliza and Willa by their side, Zed and Addison must try to unite sworn enemies Nova and Victor before an even greater threat tears their world apart.
Of course, no Zombies movie is complete without music – and Dawn of the Vampires delivers with its most nostalgic soundtrack yet. The first single, ‘The Place to Be’, dropped on May 2 alongside the soundtrack pre-order, and it’s already giving big early-2000s Disney Channel vibes.
The song features Zed and Addison learning more about the rivalry between the Daywalkers and Vampires.
“This soundtrack is so incredible,” Donnelly told ABC Audio at the 2025 Disney Upfront. “It’s very nostalgic… like that Camp Rock, High School Musical vibe we grew up on.”
Manheim agreed, saying Zombies 4 “feels nostalgic when you’re watching it… It feels like the start of something new.”
