The Pokemon World Championships return once again in 2025, bringing together the best Trainers from across the world to compete in a high-stakes environment to determine who is the very best.
As has become standard from previous years, the event will consist of various fixtures spread across several games to determine a champion for each over three days. Once winners across all specialties have been decided, a closing ceremony, where The Pokemon Company traditionally reveals new details about various games, takes place.
As the event unfolds and concludes, we’ll keep this page updated with all the latest information. For now, though, here’s everything you need to know ahead of the event.
This year’s Championships take place in Anaheim, California, at the Anaheim Convention Center, from August 15-17, 2025.
Where to watch
You’ve got several options on how to watch all the action at home. Pokemon’s dedicated Broadcast Hub provides a handy multi-video player that allows audiences to switch between live streams for every game.
