Actor, model, and content creator Karsyn Bailee said influencer Nick O’Neill, also known as Choose Rich, misled her by posting a photo stating she was his new girlfriend after paying her to appear in his skits.

In a post shared to X, Bailee said she was paid $400 to participate in several short videos and was told she could confirm what she was comfortable filming. However, she claims she was never told that one of the photos taken during the shoot would later be used in a post where O’Neill said she was his girlfriend.

Bailee says she didn’t approve the post or caption

“Mr Nick O’Neill (Choose Rich) misled and embarrassed me with this post,” Bailee wrote. “I was paid $400 to act in some skits. I had to confirm what skits I was comfortable with. I didn’t know this pic was being posted and I didn’t know the caption. He also refused to tag me after in anything.”

O’Neill’s original post, which has since been widely circulated, showed the pair posing together with a caption stating they were dating. Bailee’s clarification quickly went viral.

O’ Neill’s original post read “43-years-old, new girlfriend, new yacht, no kids, crypto millionaire. Does it get any better than this?”

O’Neill subsequently released a video on October 19 claiming, “My girlfriend broke up with me,” saying Bailee “went silent” on him and “stopped responding to messages.”
